If you have a story idea: We do have an email address where you can submit some story pitches, but you won't find it on this page. The magic story pitch email address appears ONLY on our submissions info pages. That's because we ask everyone to review the information there carefully prior to sending any story idea or pitch our way. If you send story ideas to the other address, unfortunately, they won't be considered.

Before you email with a question: In many cases, the information you need is on our website. Because our mail volume is so high, we respectfully ask that you review these suggestions and try tracking information/answers down yourself, first. If you strike out, drop a line: we do our best to reply to all questions that aren't answered on the website.

• Check our FAQ for general questions about the show, RealAudio, submissions, and pretty much everything else.
• Try our search engine if you're looking for a story or a segment. Try a few different word possibilities, and chances are that you'll come up with the right show much faster than we'll be able to get back to you. If the search engine doesn't work, peruse our archives.
• Check our show locator if you're wondering when and where you can listen to the show in your area.

Here are some things we CAN'T answer in emails:

We can't answer questions about music used in the show. All the info we have on music selections is available on the website. Honest! Our web guru works remotely and doesn't have access to this info.

We can't accept unsolicited attachments. If you attach something, we'll delete it without reading it, due past bad experience with emailed viruses.

We can't answer questions about internships, internship applications, or application status. Look at our internship page for info.
