Which Type of Subscription Would You Like?

Basic Individual$20 per month

This type of subscription works best for solo practitioners or for groups of therapists who practice at the same office location but who do not utilize shared staff to manage their billing and/or collections. Individual subscribers may have more than one office location.

John Smith, MSW is in practice with Ruby Jones, Ph.D. and Faye Henry, LPC. They rent office space together but each takes care of their own billing and collections. Ruby has a second office in another part of town. John, Ruby and Faye would probably all prefer Individual Subscriptions to ShrinkOffice.

Group of Individuals$15 per month, per therapist

This type of subscription works best for therapists who are not legally a group practice and do not have a group NPI, but who practice at the same office location.

You are setting up an account for the primary account holder. Other therapists can be added later.

Jamie Peters, MD, JoElla Wycoff, MS and Jonathan Little, RN all practice out of the same office. Jamie does all of his own billing and collections himself, while JoElla and Jonathan have hired an outside billing manager. Jamie and Jonathan also share a second office in an outlying community. Any pair or all 3 of these therapists could share a Group of Individuals subscription.

Group Practice$85 per month

This type of subscription is for an agency or group of therapists who have a group NPI and who practice at the same office location. Individual therapists who are part of the group may also register their individual NPI numbers if they plan to bill through the group with their individual NPI numbers.

Some clinicians bill for clients they see at the Center with their individual NPI numbers, but others bill using the Center's group NPI. They would qualify for a Group Practice subscription.
